1- What is this web?
TheBiggestLoser.eu is a different site wich his objective spend a funny time, all the comments of this site must take as a joke. If you feel offended for some content of this site simply leave it now.

2- How can I participate?
Just click on the button "register" and fill the info to create your profile, next simply on the Start page insert your username and password to have access.

3- How can I change my profile?
Next to login, click on "Edit Profile", from there you can change your info and upload your photos.

4- How it works the votes and popularity?
It's allowed just one vote per profile each 24 hours. You can vote from 1 point to 10. The first place will be the user with more points and successively. In addition you can vote as looser (Reduces 5 ponits), the user that less points have will be the loser of the month. In addition to this, the users will obtain 3 points by each sent message, until a maximum of 3 messages/ day.

5- I have troubles into Sign Up.
Be sure to fill correctly all the fields (just the fields with * are obligatory)

6- I forgotten my password, ¿how can recover it?
On the home you have a link "forgot password" who allows to receive your password by mail.

7- I put my username and password but it tells me that is wrong.
Be sure that username and password are correct, you must introduce correctly the capital and small letters too. Is not the same type User who type user. (It's recommended write all in small letters to avoid confussions) . If you loose your password you can recover as we explain on point 6.

8- What happens if somebody tries to trick the votes?
Actually we are optimizing the voting system in order to prevent traps of that type even so, we have a system that keeps all the votes registries of such form that in case that somebody try to do a trap it will be seen clearly. If a user is detected doing these kinds of practices will reduce the votes to him that TheBiggestLoser.eu considers opportune by those traps and in case of reiteration it can arrive at the elimination of the user account.


9- Why erase some users?
The users erase when are considered duplicates. Are considered duplicates when several users connect themselves from the same PC, or the same IP, or same router repeatedly with different ips, or they are using anonym proxyes, etc...

10- My brother or friend is wanting to create a user from my PC. What can I do?
It's recommendable to send to us an email warning that a friend of you will be connected from your PC so that we do not consider duplicate user.

11- I Still having doubts, or I would like send my suggestions or ideas to improve into the Web.
